• Vassos Royale - Tempura prawns, avocado and asparagus roll. Topped with smoked eel, teriyaki sauce and white sesame seeds.
• Vassos Harbour - Fresh crab meat and avocado roll, rolled in black ebiko. Topped with prawn*, black caviar, honey mustard dressing and teriyaki sauce.
• Overload Maki - Fresh crab meat, avocado, mango roll. Topped with prawns, spring onion, tempura flakes, sesame seeds, green ebiko and teriyaki sauce.
• Fire Island Maki - Salmon, orange ebiko, tempura flakes and spicy mayo roll. Topped with bluefin tuna, salmon, spring onions, spicy mayonnaise, orange ebiko and sesame seeds.

• Ebi Chilli - Sliced prawns, Japanese mayonnaise, shrimp roe, tempura flakes, spring onions and chili powder. Topped with the same mixture and orange ebiko.
• Mexican Chilli - Bluefin tuna, tempura flakes, chili powder, spring onions and Japanese mayonnaise mixed all together and rolled in to a roll. Topped with the same mixture and orange ebiko.
• Seasoned Crab Roll  - Crab meat and prawns mixed with avocado, chives, sesame seeds, tempura flakes, kikkoman and Japanese mayo. Topped with furikake, spicy mayo and teriyaki sauce.
• Tempura Maki - Tempura prawns and avocado roll, rolled in black sesame seeds. Topped with teriyaki sauce.
• Crazy Maki - Sliced prawns, julienne carrots and cucumbers,mixed seseame seeds, togarashi flakes tempura flakes, sesame oil and Japanese mayonnaise, mixed all together and rolled into a roll. Topped with the same mixture and orange ebiko.
