• Triangle Maki - Salmon, avocado and cream cheese triangle maki. Fried in tempura batter. Topped with teriyaki sauce.
• Unagi Tempura Roll - Unagi, asparagus, orange ebiko, avocado and cream cheese roll. Fried in tempura batter. Topped with teriyaki sauce.
• Katsu Roll - Cooked tuna roll, rolled in bread crumbs and fried. Topped with teriyaki sauce and honey mustard.
• Mediterranean Salmon Roll - Salmon, avocado, asparagus and cream cheese roll. Topped with salmon, teriyaki sauce, Japanese mayonnaise, finished with orange ebiko and slightly torched.
• Crispy Salmon Skin - Deep fried salmon skin, avocado, cream cheese and orange ebiko roll. Deep fried in tempura batter and served with sweet chili sauce.

• Dynamite Maki - Salmon and cucumber roll, rolled in black sesame seeds. Topped with salmon, spicy mayo and spring onions.
• California Maki - Prawns, avocado, cucumber and lettuce roll, rolled in orange ebiko. Topped with avocado dressing.
• Philadelphia Maki - Smoked salmon, Philadelphia cheese and avocado roll. Topped with black caviar.
• Jumbo Maki - Tempura jumbo prawns and avocado roll. Topped with avocado dressing, orange and black ebiko.
• Vegetarian Maki - Asparagus, avocado, cucumber, lettuce and carrot roll. Rolled in sesame seeds.
• Korean Spicy Roll - Choice of: Salmon or Tuna with Korean sweet chili paste, tempura flakes, onion leeks, Japanese mayonnaise and shrimp roll. Topped with the same mixture.
• Ebi Chilli - Sliced prawns, Japanese mayonnaise, shrimp roe, tempura flakes, spring onions and chili powder. Topped with the same mixture and orange ebiko.
• Mexican Chilli - Bluefin tuna, tempura flakes, chili powder, spring onions and Japanese mayonnaise mixed all together and rolled in to a roll. Topped with the same mixture and orange ebiko.
• Caterpillar Roll - Boiled prawns and pickled Japanese radish roll. Topped with avocado, teriyaki sauce, white and black sesame seeds.
• Tempura Maki - Tempura prawns and avocado roll, rolled in black sesame seeds. Topped with teriyaki sauce.
• Rainbow Maki - Prawns and cucumber roll. Topped with salmon, bluefin tuna and avocado.
• Crazy Maki - Sliced prawns, julienne carrots and cucumbers,mixed seseame seeds, togarashi flakes tempura flakes, sesame oil and Japanese mayonnaise, mixed all together and rolled into a roll. Topped with the same mixture and orange ebiko.
